  • What age group are the programs for?
    Dishman Performance was created to work with athletes and parents of all ages. How the program is utilized changes with age. For players 11 and under, I recommend parents to be the primary recipient and pass along the concepts to their kids. At twelve and older, there are programs can be directly utilized by the athlete.
  • What sports do you work with?
    Dishman Performance works with athletes and their parents of all sports and levels.
  • Is this program for athletes or parents?
    Dishman Performance works with both athletes and parents to be a complete resource to strengthen both the athletes and parents approach. The programs fee's include both athlete and parents.
  • How do I ask questions?
    Questions can be asked in the virtual meetings, through the app or by email when you're a part of the Cingular Focus or Collegiate/Professional programs. As a member of those programs you can also schedule a private one/one virtual session at a special rate. Members of the Mentorship program can ask questions anytime and have weekly one/one virtual sessions.
  • What is your experience?
    Coach Dishman has a Masters in Sport Psychology and has worked with players, parents & teams as a mental skills coach since 2016. Coach Dishman pitched at Duke University, in the Atlanta Braves system and has also coached for the past twenty years.
  • Who is included in your program?
    When you join the Dishman Performance Organizational Coaching each player, parent & coach have access to the Coach Dishman Mental Skills App. There are also virtual group meetings that your members will be invited to join.
  • What if a player needs a one/one meeting?
    Private sessions take place virtually and are set up by the player or parent. Private sessions have an additional charge that are discounted from the normal rates.
  • Our season is only part of the year is this a year-round program or can it fit our season?
    The pricing on the website is for a full year. Contact Dishman Performance if you would like to have a program based on your season length.
  • How many virtual meetings take place?
    Dishman Performance holds virtual meeting during the course of each week. The amount of weekly meetings vary depending on the virtual group topics. There are meetings for injured athletes, athletes, parents, college showcase prep and many more.
  • Which sports does this program include?
    The Cingular Focus program is designed to benefit all sports, both team and individual.
  • Is the annual membership for parents or athletes?
    At Dishman Performance we understand the importance of being a resource for the whole family. Parents, athletes and siblings are all a part of the Cingular Focus membership.
